6 of November 2015 in Cultural Center Loft Project Floors in Sankt-Petersburg started the annual exhibition by National Geographic Magazine “The Most Wonderful”, where amongst 100 the best photographs by Magazine photographers you may find 7 masterpieces by our photographer Viktor Lyagushkin.
Summer 2015 we spent in Georgia, exploring canyons and taking pictures. The project was featured in one of the most popular Georgian TV programs – Post Scriptum summarising events of the country.

Famous Russian designer, Tatyana Parfionova used the photograph of a swan by Viktor Lyagushkin for her impressive dress which illustrates the idea of her exhibition dedicated to the world’s greatest ballet-dancer Maya Plesetskaya.
The fidelity and love, happiness and tragedy of a swan touches the bottom of a soul and is the accurate expression of the perfect ballet-dancer, says Tatyana Parfionova.
Photographs by Viktor Lyagushkin from Orda cave continue to travel the world. This time they appeared on the pages of Chinese travel and photo magazine in a frame of my article, translated into Chinese. It is a pity that I can not read it, but I can say that Orda’s white walls look pretty well accompanied with Chinese characters.

Russian Navy galliot Tobias Enge shipwreck, which crashed near Gogland Island on a stormy night 1771. Researchers believe the ship went down after a failed attempt to round the cape of the island, leaving no survivors of the 45-person crew.
In reality modern bottle nosed dolphins do not travel so far on their own, but their stories are strongly connected to humans’ deeds…

Mysterious Vad lake on pages of Scuba Diving Magazine #March/April 2015.
The lake is located at Nizhny Novgorod region, Russia.
The name “Vad” comes from Mordovian language and means “water”. The Vad Lake is located on the way of the Vadok river, that goes underground just before the lake. The river goes some distance underground, and then finds its way to the surface, creating a grotto at the lake’s bottom. In winter, the water does not freeze over the sinkhole. Pressure of underground water is so strong that it creates a convex lens above the surface of the lake.
A perfect interview with a touch of Viktor’s personality, as if he is sitting near you, full of ideas and strength to take on the world. Viktor’s way to interpret the universe is described very vividly.
